Alfie your kayak log book is good and gets you a MERIT grade. However to improve it to distinctionlevel you will need to add more detail to the questions regarding moving forwards and backwards. You have told me what they are but essentially not how to actually do it! What are the teaching points.
The safety in rock lcimbing work is excellent however i can only give it a MERIT as you have missed the first question. Once completed this work will be a distinction. Type into google "climbing calls" to find the answer for question 1.

Also in kayaking you performed really well. It is a shame that you missed some sessions as this has meant you can only achieve a merit grade. If you get a chance try to take part in as many OAA next year to try and get a distinction.
